How do credits work?

Each photo restoration costs one credit. Purchase a credit pack from within the app — choose from Starter (5), Popular (20), or Best Value (50). Credits never expire.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new user gets one free restoration (with a watermark) so you can see the quality before purchasing. No account or payment info required.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to the credit store, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will recover any credits you've purchased on the same Apple ID or Google account.

What types of photos work best?

Restorer AI works on all types of photos — old family portraits, damaged prints, faded vintage photos, and black & white images. The AI repairs scratches, tears, and stains, colorizes black & white photos, and upscales to 2K+ resolution.

Are my photos stored on your servers?

No. Your photos are processed and immediately deleted. We never store, sell, or use your images for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I get a refund?

If a restoration fails or produces an unusable result, credits are automatically refunded to your account. For purchase refunds, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective store, or email us and we'll help.

Do credits expire?

No. Once purchased, your credits are yours to use whenever you like.
